Take a look at Amelia Earhart’s prenuptial agreement. She was very forward thinking for her time and I am very impressed that she knew exactly what she wanted. My partner and I are thinking about using the last few lines (minus a few changes) for our marriage ceremony starting with “Please let us not interfere with the other’s work, or play…” and ending with “I must exact a cruel promise and that is you will let me go in a year if we find no happiness together.” What do you think?
